All services are contracted out of our headquarters and service fulfillment will be considered completed in Ft. Lauderdale Florida, USA.

 

All contracts and agreements executed with DMS Digital Marketing are legally binding documents.

 

Accounts past due may not be terminated. Billing and services may continue as "in contract" until the client's provisions of the agreement are fulfilled including outstanding payments and debts.

 

DMS Digital Marketing reserves the right to forward any outstanding balances overdue 30 days or more to our law firm partners and collections agencies. Additional fees may apply for accounts forwarded for collections as well as late fees incurred at a rate of 10% per 30 day period. Any litigation or arbitration regarding overdue balances shall be in the venue set forth in the following paragraph.

 

As DMS Digital Marketing headquarters is located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida USA all arbitration and litigation may only take place in Broward County Florida. As in compliance with local, state and federal laws regarding e-commerce and interstate commerce our policy hereby states for any purposes of litigation and legal action as well as arbitration the venue will solely include BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. No venues other than BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA may have action entered or requested for arbitration or litigation in compliance with local, state, and federal e-commerce laws.

 

As DMS Digital Marketing tries to resolve all issues, we reserve the right to require arbitration as prescribed above in BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA USA prior to any litigation action entered. All costs of arbitration will be paid by the party initiating the arbitration. No litigation action may be entered or commenced until arbitration has concluded. Any decisions of arbitration may be declined by either party and then moved to litigation in BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. The party initiating arbitration may choose any accredited arbitrator or arbitration agency located in BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

 

In compliance with local state and federal laws, all of our agreements executed will be subject to the terms and conditions in this policy, and any attempts to circumvent these terms may lead to summary dismissal of any and all claims brought forth.

Comments

 

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
